Simone & Jacobs is a staffing agency specializing in manual labor and workforce solutions, and Think Designs LLC had the opportunity to create a professional brand identity that reflects both reliability and sophistication. Rather than developing a traditional industrial-style logo, we designed a refined and timeless identity centered around a custom “SJ” monogram enclosed within a circular emblem to represent trust, structure, and unity. The clean serif typography and minimalist grayscale color palette were intentionally selected to elevate the company’s appearance and position Simone & Jacobs as a modern staffing firm capable of serving a wide range of industries. Along with the logo design, Think Designs also developed a strategic website URL structure and branding direction focused on long-term growth, professional recognition, and search engine visibility within the staffing and workforce solutions industry.
